Game ends in victory for Letsetele United

Tsakani – U15 teams played a productive game at the Ext 13 ground on November 9 after the rain had stopped.
The game started on a vibrant note, with both teams playing courteously on the wet and muddy ground while the crowd cheered their favourite team.
Letsetele United scored their first three goals in the first half of the game. The game ended victoriously for them with a score of 7-1.
Their team coach, Tisetso Mofokeng, said the game went as planned, saying they planned to trade the ball carefully to avoid unnecessary mistakes.

“We trained hard enough to win this game. It started on a high note and ended amazingly for us. Our only mistake was that the backline, including the goalkeeper, lacked communication.

“I aim to instil better communication methods in my team, and the best place to start teaching this is during practice,” said Mofokeng.
Mofokeng thanked his team for playing in unity and tackling the game strategically as he had instructed them.Ext 11 United coach Boy Mkhabela said the game did not go as anticipated, but he was not disappointed with his team’s performance because they showed enthusiasm and focus.
“Our goalkeeper made many mistakes, but that’s just part of learning. I will work on bettering his skills, focus and staying in position. Over and above everything, I am glad they did their best, and the plan is to sharpen our skills,” he added.
