Duduza – The community of Masechaba View in Duduza was in shock when the body of an unidentified man was found facedown with his feet tied together in a flowing river near the R550 on November 28.
According to Constable Nobuhle Mnisi, the deceased is estimated to be in his early 40s.
“His body was half-naked, with no form of identification, and in the early stages of decomposition.
“The cause of death or how the body got to the river is still unknown.
“The police opened a murder case, and we urge the community with information to assist with the investigation or the identification of the man to come forward,” she said.
