Kwa-Thema entrepreneur builds strong foundation in construction sector



Kwa-Thema – Zwelithini Nsibande (36) is an entrepreneur and construction industry professional, currently serving as a director at a growing construction and infrastructure services company based in Kwa-Thema.
With over a decade of experience in the retail and logistics sector, Nsibande built a strong foundation in operations, management, and client service during his 10-year career.
“In 2025, after leaving my position at my previous employment, I made the bold decision to pursue entrepreneurship and establish my own company. Driven by determination and a vision to create sustainable business opportunities, I founded a company that focuses on construction, renovations, infrastructure support, and building maintenance services.
“Under my leadership, my company has secured significant contracts, including projects within the public infrastructure sector, demonstrating the company’s capacity to deliver professional and reliable services,” he explained.

Nsibande is known for his strong leadership, commitment to quality workmanship, and dedication to empowering skilled workers within his community. He actively works with electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers, and other construction specialists to build teams capable of delivering high-quality projects.
Beyond business, Nsibande is a proud father to his daughter and remains deeply connected to his family and community.
