The Kwa-Thema Arts and Culture Youth Forum (KTACY) invites the community to a Fun Day on November 29, at Eden Garden.
The registered NGO and NPC is dedicated to promoting arts and culture within the Kwa-Thema community.
The organisation aims to empower young people, preserve African morals and values, and help address key challenges such as unemployment, poverty, and inequality.
“Our objectives are to enhance the quality of life for artists and the community, empower residents through arts and culture, promote African morals, values, and identity, and address unemployment, poverty, and inequality among the youth,” explained Khayalethu NaNkosi Nkosi.
All proceeds from the event will go towards establishing and supporting KTACY’s training centre, which equips community members with artistic and cultural skills.
“Join KTACY in uplifting Kwa-Thema through arts and culture.
“Together, we can build opportunities, inspire creativity, and create a brighter, more empowered future for our community,” she added.
