The D5 athletes were Naledi Matlala, Kundani Mamphogoro, Luthando Meleni, Bogolo Makamu, Emmanual Ani, Godswill Ani and Njabulo Thusi.
The Strubenvale Primary athletes performed exceptionally well in this year’s D5 event, held at Hoërskool Die Anker on February 11.
Three of them have qualified for the Gauteng Championships, which will take place at the Herman Immelman Stadium in Germiston on March 14 and 15.
Kundani Mamphogoro, Luthando Meleni and Njabulo Thusi qualified for the Gauteng Championships.
